European Elopement Styled Shoot
This elopement styled shoot was inspired by all the romance and grandeur of Europe. Tucked away in the heart of Fort Worth Texas, Bass Performance Hall created a stunning venue for the sweetest sophisticated nuptials. With a marble staircase and a beautiful angel adorned balcony, all the soft details of this styled shoot were brought to life.
A white lace sweetheart table accented with silver and crystal created a romantic atmosphere fit for this young flirtatious couple. Hand dyed silk ribbon and deckled edge name cards gave just the right touch of sophistication and European elegance. The textured and unruly floral arrangement was the showstopper of this tablescape, especially when playing backdrop to hand etched champagne flutes which mirrored the hand painted ceiling of the venue.
A white monochromatic cake was anything but plain, as its tiers varied in textures and were decorated with individually hand-made fondant floral appliques. Complementing the simplistic romance of this shoot was a calligraphed invitation suite on cotton paper, including a single rose sketch and hand addressed envelope. The dress was a stunning long sleeve lace bodice with a dramatic train and buttons that ran down the back. The bride’s look was completed with drop down crystal and gold earrings.
The true inspiration for this shoot was to create a romantic European atmosphere for the bride and groom to be swept up in. Catching glimpses of the couple walking up the staircase and the soft glances at each other on the balcony make it seem as though this couple is truly in their own little world. The abundance of soft romance and elegant decor was nothing short of breathtaking.
